　  Booking Policy
A.The above room rates include service charge.
B.Check-out time: 12:00 at noon.
C.During the canton fair, guest can have free tea and dessert, at Floor 7 Deluxe conference room for business discuss, the big room can hold few hundred guests.
D.Payment by major credit cards accepted.
E.The hotel will only keep room till 18:00. Late arrival after 18:00 must be guaranteed by credit card.
F.Credit card is required to secure the reservation during the canton fair period. Any amendment or cancellation of guaranteed reservations within 14 days of arrival date, each room one night room rate will be charged as penalty.
G.During canton fair time, Free shuttle bus to canton fair both complex.

If hotel cannot locate guest's name in their computer system, you will be charged counter rates.

*This is important as most taxi drivers do not speak english. Be careful of unauthorised "agents" at the airport - these poachers would solicit passengers on pretext of cheaper accommodation for same hotel - .
