A.The Internet discount room rate includes service charge and tax.
B.Credit Card is required to secure the reservation during the canton fair period.
C.Any amendment or cancellation of guaranteed reservations within 20 days of arrival date, each room one night room rate will be charged as penalty. Including the event of no-show and early check out.
D.Scheduled shuttle bus service between hotel & trade fair during the canton fair period.
E.Extend bed US$63(RMB500) during the fair period.
F.Check out 12 noon.
G.All major credit cards are accepted.
H.The hotel will only hold reservation till 6 pm unless upon special request.
I.Rates may be subject to surcharge during peak periods.

*Do not double book with more than 1 agent - this will lead to confusion at hotel. Hotel may ignore double booking and guest ended up paying counter rates. if you double book the same hotel, maybe you will charge two times for the rooms. *Book hotel using guest's passport names and check in using the same passport name. If hotel cannot locate guest's name in their computer system, you will be charged counter rates.

* Ask for address of hotel in chinese - this will be provided in our confirmation email to you but ask for it if we miss out.

*This is important as most taxi drivers do not speak english. Be careful of unauthorised "agents" at the airport - these poachers would solicit passengers on pretext of cheaper accommodation for same hotel - .
